Okay anyone who knows me well knows that my absolute favorite treat (make up gift... anti-depressant) is a cellophane wrapped box of Berger's cookies. These God-sent treats from heaven are actually made in Baltimore, Maryland. Had I known the full history of Berger cookies and their limited availability outside of the Baltimore/Washington Metro Area I NEVER WOULD HAVE AGREED TO MOVE OUT OF THE AREA.
Thankfully, there are airplanes and FedEx and let's not forget the internet. It's now possible to order them online. But only for a little while longer 'cause they won't send them if it's too hot outside and there's a possibility of meltage enroute. (not real words according to spell check).
February ought to be just fine though. Feel free to send me or someone you love more than me these wonderful treats. My hubby sometimes remembers my obsession with BERGER'S COOKIES and has them sent FedEx - sometimes... hmm... tell me, would it be selfish or without faith for me to order myself some cookies *just in case* he forgets?

Girl Scout Cookies are coming soon too. Hey, our blog is now private, send me your email so I can add you.
Definitely not, do it so you won't be disappointed!
they sell these at my local grocery store!
No way!! AND No Fair! I begged the grocery in AZ to have them brought in but Nooooooo.....
I wonder if I could get Publix to stock them. Florida isn't that far away from Maryland....
How is it that I have lived in Maryland for 20 something years and I have never heard of these?? Hm...I must start my search. IF you don't "get" any, let me know and I will mail you some!
Oh Deon... you are in for a treat! I have found them at High's, Lucky's, and there was a grocery store in Owings Mills *I think* that had them. It was Metro Food Market, maybe. Does that sound right?
Anyway, prepare to become addicted. It also happens to be a cure for PMS, but only if you eat the whole carton in under an hour. Seriously. World Peace *could* happen...if only...
